Auditing this company's pain around user experience and technical debt, we uncovered a highly complex solution and proposed a simplified and effective way to enhance cross selling within the organization using standard OOTB functionality.

In this project L2R led the execution of 2022 annual CSAT survey and orchestrated a strategy for the customer experience program maturity. We provided a playbook for contact and account management and integrated Qualtrics platform with Salesforce. (attached is the executive summary
